All items are shipped FedEx Standard Overnight, 2nd Day, or Express Saver (3 day). All food is shipped fully cooked, frozen, and vacuum sealed. All packages are left regardless if someone is home or not. Please alert the recipient that a perishable package is being shipped to them. Serious Texas BBQ is not responsible for spoiled packages when a customer is not notified. Please confirm that the recipient will be in town before you place your order. We appreciate your business and want to be sure that all orders are received in good condition.
