All food is shipped fully cooked, frozen, and vacuum sealed. All packages are left regardless if someone is home or not. Please alert the recipient that a perishable package is being shipped to them. Serious Texas BBQ is not responsible for spoiled packages when a customer is not notified. Please confirm that the recipient will be in town before you place your order. We appreciate your business and want to be sure that all orders are received in good condition.

Return Policy:
If you have any concerns or questions about your order, please call us at 877-259 9507 right away. If our product is not fresh, we will be happy to refund you or send you a new one. We stand behind what we sell and the satisfaction of our customers is very important to us.
Shipping Information:
All items are shipped FedEx Standard Overnight, 2nd Day, or Express Saver (3 day) October - March. Express Saver (3 day) is only shipped on Monday or Tuesday. Only Overnight and 2nd Day are offered April - September. The accuracy of ship to addresses and daytime telephone numbers is your responsibility. Any charges from our shipping to incorrect addresses will be passed on to you, the shipper.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska must be shipped FedEx Standard Overnight or 2nd Day Air.
