That big beautiful pork loin was the best one I've ever had. How do you do it and keep it so juicy. The sauces were great too. Thanks so much for remembering us. I hope to come by Durango next year. Seems like we go less and less as we age, but we still plan to see some Natl. Parks next year.

We just returned from a visit of your city and area for a about a week. We are from Hewitt, Texas. We were looking for a palce to eat dinner one night and came across the serious Texas Bar-B-Q Restaurant. I had my doubts before we went in, since I thought it would be very hard to get real Texas Bar-B-Q in Durango, that all has changed. I have eaten about as much Bar-B-Q that any one person can eat and I found that the best Bar-B-Q is not in Texas, but in Durango Colorado. The Serious Texas Bar-B-Q is the best Bar-B-Q I have ever ate in my life. It will stand ahead of anyone's. I just wanted to let the people of Durango know that they should frequent this establishment every chance they get for it is the best.

To the Owners:
Just wanted to take the time to thank you for the excellent food you prepared for our recent MSHA Refresher Training for our 80 miners.
This training class is our longest (8-hours) and our largest. The guys were thrilled to sit down to lunch with meat, potatoes, slaw, beans and those wonderful sauces.
You always make our meetings and lunches an even to look forward to!

We had dinner at your restaurant last evening, and I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed it. As you can tell, we're locals and have watched interestedly as your place changed from the little BBQ cart into the very attractive addition to North Main that it has become.
We were delighted when we ate there last evening and FINALLY got some good Texas-style BBQ, something we know Durango has needed for a very long time. Great food, good prices, nice selection, wonderful decor (we ate inside but love your Mariachi band outside!).
Thanks for all the time and trouble you've put into it. It shows!
